The only facade material with a payback period
Solar facades pay for themselves through the solar electricity they generate. This is completely exceptional for a facade, as no other facade material pays for itself.
The payback period depends on the complexity of the facade, the chosen color and the orientation. At its lowest, it is around 10 years.
However, the payback period does not take into account comparison with the costs of other advertising materials or possible energy subsidies.
In other words, it can be said to be a very profitable investment, whether it is a new project or a facade renovation.
A huge number of different surfaces
There is a huge range of different colours, surfaces and patterns available for solar facades. For example, there are various brick, wood, marble, plaster, metal, stone and decorative patterns, as well as solutions coated with special glass that refracts light wavelengths.
The power of the system depends on its color. Generally speaking, darker shades are more efficient than light ones. Power varies between approximately 200-120W per square.

Solar facades have a very long life cycle. Their structure depends on the manufacturer, some are comparable to a glass facade, while others are built on an aluminum honeycomb solution. Some manufacturers give a lifetime material guarantee for their products. In addition, solar facades are easy to maintain. Therefore, they create a truly attractive alternative for facade implementation.
Price level is mid-range for facade materials
The price level for photovoltaic facades is in the middle range of facade materials. The price level depends on the complexity of the facade.
Customized turnkey delivery
There are a huge variety of facades, so each solution is tailored to the site and needs.
Factors that affect a customized solution include, for example, the material to which the facade is attached, the thickness of the insulation, whether standard-sized panels are used or whether the sizes must be completely customized to the needs, how many panels are attached on top of each other, whether it is a new project or a renovation, and so on.
